Cashier / Barista – Donut Shop (Full-Time, Early Mornings)
Cruel Donuts & Ice Cream is seeking a friendly, dependable, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Cashier/Barista. If you enjoy early mornings, staying busy, and working in a clean and organized environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Full-time: 5 days/week
Start time: 6:00 AM
Weekend availability a plus
Responsibilities
Open the store and prepare for daily operations
Set up and maintain donut displays
Brew coffee, prepare espresso drinks, and make breakfast sandwiches following recipes
Provide excellent customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude
Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the shift
Wash sheet pans, sweep, mop, and check restrooms regularly for cleanliness
Stock supplies, fold pastry boxes, and assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive without constant supervision
Friendly, positive attitude with great customer service skills
Enjoys keeping workspaces tidy and organized
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willing to work weekends as needed
