Job Overview:
The NASA Ames Exchange is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Address guest concerns and escalating issues as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments.
Proficient computer experience required with hotel reservation software preferred
Availability for flexible scheduling.
