We're a small cafe specializing in sourdough bagels, pizzas, small batch pastries and specialty coffee. Seeking a full time line/prep cook with baking experience to help us out Wednesday-Sunday, 8AM-2:15 (approx) although part time work may be considered for the right candidate. Must have experience working in a commercial kitchen. If you have barista experience/interest as well, that is a plus!
Duties include but are not limited to:
Stocking the sandwich prep unit with bagel & pizza toppings
Prepping ingredients for bagel sandwiches and pizzas
Mixing and tending to dough
Making pastries
Washing Dishes
Cleaning
Cashiering
We are a small team, so we multitask and take turns doing some dishes and cashiering throughout the day. We are hardworking and passionate about the food & drink we produce. As a collaborative team, we love to work on new menu ideas/seasonal drink offerings. Come join our team!
