We're a family-owned specailty market with a coffee bar and deli located in the heart of San Francisco’s Marina District, and we’re on the hunt for a full-time salaried Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take the lead, and keep our operation smooth, friendly, and fabulous.

Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Has barista experience and a love for coffee trends ☕
Can lead and inspire a diverse, hardworking team
Cares about the little details – like clean counters and happy customers
Doesn’t mind jumping behind the bar if someone calls in sick
Can multitask like a pro: think scheduling, hiring/firing, ordering, and vendor relations
Has an eye for keeping the café vibe fresh and the food game strong
What you'll do:
Dream up new and exciting coffee ideas
Keep up with the latest food trends and ensure we’re on point
Hire, train, schedule, and support your team (and yes, fire if necessary )
Maintain great relationships with vendors, sales reps, and delivery drivers
Help keep the store sparkling, stocked, and stress-free
MOST importantly: Build strong connections with our loyal customers and tight-knit team
