SeƱor Sisig, the Filipino-American cuisine pioneer, is currently looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of General Manager at our upcoming Chase Center restaurant. In addition to general managerial duties, this person will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service. This is a full-time salaried position with great benefits, and there is an opportunity for growth in the future.POSITION SUMMARYThe General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant and providing professional leadership and direction to all staff. The GM reports directly to ownership. The candidate will be self-motivated and driven to create a fun atmosphere for all team members and guests. They should provide exceptional guest experiences and continually strive to exceed guests' expectations with every opportunity. The General Manager role will be responsible for leading line-ups, providing support during service, upholding and elevating our service standards, and providing strong communication with the kitchen and FOH teams.RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads the restaurant team in the execution of Senor Sisig standards to create excellent customer experiences Has a genuine sense of hospitality Thrives in high energy, high volume, fast-paced operation Financial oversight, scheduling, and work towards cultivating a healthy team dynamic. Monthly Restaurant P&L and budget adherence. Utilizing financial tools and analyzing financial reports to identify and address trends and issues with in-store performance. Ensuring that all productivity numbers, sales, and budgets are met. Knowledge of Food & Beverage Inventory Systems Ensure that all food and drinks are consistently prepared and served according to Senor Sisig's quality standards Responsible for hiring, training, supervision, development, and when necessary, termination of employees; Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, and establishing performance expectations Recognizing outstanding work performance while providing necessary constructive feedback Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, and labor costs Oversee cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including equipment maintenance and safety Cash handling, bank deposits, and tips Covering shifts as needed Activation day availability: Flexibility to work on activation days at the Chase Center is a must!
