What We’re Looking For
Our ideal General Manager is a dynamic, dedicated leader with at least 1 year of GM experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’re not just managing; you’re inspiring a team to achieve excellence every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a hardworking FOH team to deliver exceptional service
Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor controls with ease
Develop strong relationships with purveyors and foster sustainability practices
Resolve conflicts swiftly and professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere
Oversee wine, spirits, and Italian cuisine offerings with confidence and expertise
What You Bring to the Table
A passion for leading a close-knit, collaborative team that values support and respect
A strong commitment to mentorship and management development, helping your team grow and thrive
Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and spirits
Experience with recruiting, scheduling, and training
Familiarity with Toast POS and online reservation systems
Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and the ability to stay on your feet for long periods
Bonus: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish!
