GLK is Hiring Bartenders & Servers - Join Our Family-Owned Restaurant in Oakland!
Grand Lake Kitchen is looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our front of house team at our Dimond District location! Dimond is a bustling, all-day neighborhood restaurant. We’re open for brunch, lunch, and dinner six days a week (closed on Mondays) and serve a diverse crowd through dine-in service, private events, takeout, and catering.

Looking for 3–5 shifts/week - we don't hire for less than 3 shifts!
SERVER REQUIREMENTS:
1 year minimum of restaurant experience
Shifts available are morning, mids and evenings. Morning shifts must be available until 3:30pm. Evening Shifts start at 3pm.
Strong sense of teamwork — we help each other’s sections and communicate constantly
Knowledge of wine, local beers, and craft cocktails is a plus
You’ll be doing more than just taking orders – expect to help the entire restaurant by bussing, running food and drinks, greeting guests and doing takeout orders. We are a team and help each other out!
BARTENDER REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of bartending and 1 year of table service experience (preferably in a restaurant setting)
Must know your way around classic cocktails, spirits, and fresh ingredients
Fast, clean, organized, and reliable
Duties include: mixing drinks, waiting on the dining counter, keg changes, cleaning, bar prep, and more
Compensation: Minimum wage + tips
Employment Type: Part-time to full-time opportunities available
