Are you a passionate culinary professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team at GluGlu! We are seeking a motivated Line Cook.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with our recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Wash dishes and assist with food service as needed.
Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet service demands.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
Lift up to 50 lbs to assist with food preparation and storage.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
Must be ServSafe certified.
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to follow recipes and execute menu items consistently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work alone.
A passion for food and dedication to quality.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
