Position Summary:
As Restaurant Manager at Hamburger Project, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy great food and service in a clean, welcoming space. You’ll lead a team of crew members and play a key role in delivering great service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Manage schedules, labor, inventory, and food costs efficiently
Train and coach staff for continued development and growth
Handle guest concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Support local marketing efforts and community engagement
What You Bring:
2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or fast casual environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills
A guest-first mindset and commitment to team success
Confidence with Toast POS and scheduling software.
ServSafe certified (or willing to become certified)
A passion for burgers and building a great workplace culture
