We’re seeking a skilled Head Chef / Cook to lead our kitchen operations—or a strong cook ready to step up and grow into more responsibility.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. The right candidate will be passionate about Italian cuisine, dependable under pressure, and motivated to contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented kitchen.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and excellence
Lead and mentor the kitchen team (Head Chef role)
Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
Monitor inventory, control waste, and manage costs
Work closely with ownership and FOH staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
Experience as a Head Chef, Cook, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and seasonal cooking preferred
High-volume kitchen experience a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Leadership ability (Head Chef applicants) or eagerness to grow (Cook applicants)
