Eisenhauer's Catering and Events is looking for an experienced catering sous chef specializing in high volume food production. Must have an ability and desire to serve and assist in daily responsibilities including prepping and cooking hot/cold food items, following recipes, ordering product, cleaning, inventory and organizing. Needs to self-manage in a fast paced working environment.
Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
Must be flexible with schedule.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
