-Resourceful, well-organized, with attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities
-Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
-Ability to think quick on their feet, excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
-Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections with team members and guests
-Commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality
-Neat and well-groomed appearance and have required tools (wine key, pens, notepad, crumber)
-Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, bend and squat a must
-Flexibility with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

2+ years of experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere is preferred, however we will train the right candidate. Experience is nice….intelligence is better.
Basic or advanced knowledge of wine is a must for captain/server and bartender positions
