Line Cook
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure station setup and food preparation meet operational needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in inventory management and food storage.
Requirements:
Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Busser
Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Support servers by delivering water and bread to tables.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining and patio areas.
Assist in preparing for special events and patio buy-outs.
Requirements:
Friendly and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Food Runner
Responsibilities:
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with side work and cleaning duties as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
