Hiring Line Cook, Prep Cook/Dishwasher and Cashier
All Position Must be able to work in California with Clean Background
Our Cooks run a grill line serving cook-to-order Breakfast and Lunch daily. We're looking for Cooks with great customer service who likes to get to know their customers. If you take pride in memorizing exactly how a customer likes his eggs, this is a great opportunity for you.
Job Requirement
- Must be able to cook international food
- Create new menu items and inventory check
- Least 5 years of experiences
- Highly motivated, friendly, outgoing and energetic.
- Creative and passionate about food.
- Must be a team player.
- Experience in California/American seasonal cooking.
- Some prior kitchen management experience is needed.
- 3 years progressive kitchen experience must be able to work all stations.
- Ability to handle volume services with extensive menu items.
- Culinary degree or baking, pastry and dessert experience a plus.
- Knowledgeable in ordering, receiving, food storage and organization.
- Good butchery experience.
Prep Cook/Dishwasher
- Least 1 or 2 years of experience
- Prep Work
- Salad Bar/Deli Bar Prep experience
- Must have dish washer experience
- Must know how to use and handle knife and slicers
