HIRING Sous Chef for WATERFRONT EVENT VENUE REOPENING IN OAKLAND.
Eve's Waterfront in Oakland CA is looking for a full-time Sous Chef (40-60 hours a week).
Our focus is creative farm to table so please have basic knowledge of seasonal ingredients and a passion for deliverance of the highest quality of flavor and service. Sous Chefs with pastry experience please move to the front of the line.
No hot head, ego driven Chefs need apply. We are a calm, collected and professional crew seeking the same in a Sous.

Compensation: Based on experience and position
Special qualifications: The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role.
Experience: Previous experience with banquet halls and private events is a plus, sous chef should be aware of how to control food cost, demonstration speed and quality when cooking. Pastry Chef experience a plus.
Education: The ideal candidates will be a talented sous chef with years of industry and culinary management experience. However - degree not required to apply, real world experience can count instead.
