Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
Manage overall flow of the restaurant and reservations efficiently
Assist in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant
Answer phone calls and manage the reservation book
Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine love for people. You will be the first and last person our guests interact with!
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as a host in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
