We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced hostess to join our team at Bobo's. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a restaurant setting, specifically in hosting, and familiarity with OpenTable reservation software.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable.
Answer phones, take reservations, and assist guests with any inquiries.
Maintain the host stand area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
Work closely with the FOH and BOH to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in managing guest flow during busy periods, ensuring wait times are minimized.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a hostess in a restaurant setting is required.
Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team player.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
