Founded in Seattle in 2011, Hot Tub Boats is the premier boating experience. With joystick navigation, continuous heating, and bluetooth speakers, we are able to provide customers with the most unique offering in the city. All of our boats are custom built in Seattle by the founders of the company.
We are opening up a Rental location in Alameda, CA this Fall and we are looking for a High quality Manager to help open and run this location.

A General Manager is the ambassador of the Hot Tub Boats Brand. Representing the company as a customer service and safety driven business, this position leads the rental staff to provide a premiere experience to all customers that visit rentals.
This job requires attention to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to be flexible and adapt. This position requires a dynamic set of skills. A General Manager must be able supervise and step into all job positions required of rental operations. Clean, drain, and re-fill the boats, manage the schedule, answer customer's questions, have a deep knowledge of our company's values, policies, and standards, maintain calm in stressful situations, and aid in the facility upkeep/management.
They must have, or be able to quickly attain, competence in several technological platforms.
Two days are rarely the same at Hot Tub Boats. We are looking for people who are okay with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous manager experience required
- Previous hospitality and customer service experience required
- POS and retail experience encouraged
- Boat experience not required but encouraged
