We are a business and leisure hotel, located in Alameda, seeking a high-energetic, customer service clerk to join our front desk team who will help us achieve our goal of exceeding our guests' service expectations, maintaining above-average guest review scores, and creating great culture for our team members and visitors.

Primary duties include:
Ensuring the smooth operation of Front Office operations
Check-in, Check-out, and phone/email reservations
Delivering superior guest services with friendly communication
Communicating with the housekeepers
Maintaining Wyndham brand standards
Skills Required:
Verbal Spanish
Attention to detail
Good verbal and written skills in English
Willingness to report to work promptly as scheduled
Ability to maintain a great work culture
Problem-resolution skills to resolve guest issues
Availability to work full-time, including weekends, to manage the hotel independently
Experience Required:
Experience working in a customer service environment
Guest complaint resolution skills
