The Historic Hotel Utah Saloon is looking for a line/prep cook to join our small, close-knit team! If you are passionate about cooking and enjoy working in a collaborative supportive environment with opportunity for growth this could be a perfect fit for you. We are a very small staff so we are looking for someone who would thrive in our family-type environment.
Qualifications:
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
Food Handler card and working knowledge of sanitation standards
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Can do attitude
Shifts needed:
Monday PM - Line Cook (around 3pm - 11:30pm)
Thursday PM - Line Cook (around 3pm - 11:30pm)
Sunday AM - Line Cook (around 10:30a - 5p)
plus one Prep Cook shift (day to be determined)
