We are expanding team and looking for someone who can work in our kitchen or foodtruck.
Salary: $4500 per month (full time work; 50 to 70 hours per week with breaks) and tips split between team (approx $350 per person)
Main responsibilities:
1. Cooking Indian food items (Prep, Chop, Cook). Recipe and Training on food will be provided
2. Driving truck (Need valid drivers license with clean record)
3. Cleaning vessels after service and maintaining a clean truck
Responsibilities:
● Maintain cleanliness and organization
● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and fast operations
● Uphold food safety and sanitation practices
Requirements:
● Experience in Indian restaurant/food truck
● Fluency in English enough to understand & speak
● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
