Duties include working weekend holidays
Ability to handle a fast paced work environment
Handle grill, fryer, stove, sashimi station
Keeping stations clean and organized
Skewer preparation, meat and fish butchery
We are looking for someone who is diligent and manages time well
Knowledge in Japanese cuisine
Bartender
Knowledge in Japanese Sake and beer
Outgoing personality ability to engage with our regular customers
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Keep bar clean and keep up with drinkware wash
