Rise Woodfire is seeking a bilingual Kitchen Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen in San Mateo. We’re a busy, 250-seat restaurant focused on quality, teamwork, and bold flavors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Lead, train, and support BOH staff
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Control inventory and food costs
Communicate clearly with team in both English and Spanish
Requirements:
Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
Proven kitchen leadership in high-volume environments
Strong work ethic, organization, and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and team development
