2. PART-TIME KITCHEN MANAGER — $25/hr (DOE)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on kitchen manager who thrives in fast-casual operations. This person will help streamline workflow, support staff, maintain standards, and keep our kitchen running tight, clean, and efficient.
Responsibilities Include:
Leading and supporting kitchen and front-of-house team
Training staff on sandwich builds, prep systems, and quality standards
Assisting with prep lists, pars, organization, and daily operations
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency
Helping improve systems as we continue to grow volume
Supporting service during busy hours when needed
Ideal Candidate:
Experience managing in fast-casual, high-volume environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to create order, systems, and structure
Comfortable jumping in anywhere (prep, line, barista station)
Reliable, solution-oriented, calm under pressure
Passionate about food quality and customer experience
