Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar deli or catering industry role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in kitchen management software and POS systems.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
