After a successful farmers market summer with seasonal staff, Seven Species is expanding our chocolate production full time to service multiple farmers markets, local retail, and e-commerce. To support that expansion we're hiring our first dedicated kitchen manager.
This role will first learn to master making our organic, plant-based products as well as our kitchen operations. That will happen first on a half-time basis over a three month period, and then convert into a full-time management role. That role will then assume full responsibility for kitchen management including production as well as helping to hire, train, and manage additional chocolatiers as needed with the full support and active mentorship of our founder.
This role is an excellent fit for someone who still wants to be involved in chocolate-making, but is ready to take on management responsibilities as well.
