This is a morning line cook/ prep job. 7am - 3:30pm, overtime available .

Job Descriptions:
Line Cooks
- Am hot line cook position on the griddle station and expo fryer station
- Responsible for all daily mise en place, station setup/ break down and execution of service
- Must be able to read tickets and communicate with other line cooks while working
- You will be cooking with a variety of methods and ingredients in fast paced service
- While maintaining cleanliness and food standards
- Must be able to follow instructions and recipes
Lead Prep Cook Position
- Responsible for all large projects
- Assisting the line cooks
- Relaying inventory and needs to chef and the team
- This position requires a intermediate level of cooking knowledge and organization
- Inventory management and basic ordering
- Must be able to follow instructions and recipes
