Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our vibrant Hot Pot Restaurant team. Responsibilities
Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for hot pot dishes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Prepare ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and organizing food items using proper knife skills
Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and safety guidelines
Handle food with care, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Serve guests efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste disposal
Follow all food handling regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff
Experience
Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry is preferred
Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus
Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety practices is highly desirable
Experience with culinary techniques such as cooking, food handling, and knife skills will be beneficial
Candidates with kitchen experience or culinary training are encouraged to apply
