About the Role:
As a Brunch Server at La Marcha, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a warm and welcoming experience. You’ll guide them through our unique Spanish-inspired brunch menu, featuring items like Huevos a la Flamenca and Gazpacho Bloody Marys, while providing attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent table service with a focus on speed and accuracy during busy brunch hours.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverages with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Handle orders, payments, and table setups with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant (brunch experience is a plus!).
- Knowledge of or interest in Spanish cuisine and beverages is a bonus.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
- Availability on weekends for brunch service.
