Founded by pastry chef Jeremy Mullet, we create each pastry with precision, exceptional ingredients, and a respect for tradition. In our new storefront, guests can enjoy elegant pastries alongside thoughtfully prepared coffee, bringing a touch of French charm to the Bay Area
Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
Greet customers with professionalism and friendliness
Take customer orders and ensure accurate order entry
Provide product recommendations and answer questions
Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
2. Cash Handling
Process card payments
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
3. Beverage Preparation & Service
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages following company recipes
Operate and maintain the espresso machine and grinder
Serve products with consistency and high quality
Prepare and package orders for Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other delivery platforms
4. Maintenance & Hygiene
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Clean and maintain the bar area, equipment, and customer space
Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing stock
5. Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and supervisors
Support smooth service flow and customer traffic
Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Required Skills
Strong customer service skills
Previous barista or food-service experience
Good communication abilities
Ability to work quickly and stay organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently
Working Conditions
Fixed schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Standing for extended periods
Light to moderate lifting
Hourly wage: $19.18 per hour
