Lucca Bar & Grill
We are looking for lead line cooks for Lucca Bar Grill and Beer Garden. Lucca is located in beautiful downtown Benicia. Lucca Bar & Grill is a family restaurant utilizing farm fresh produce and sustainable proteins. The majority of our menu items will be prepared daily from scratch.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a very high volume environment preferred
Have good knife skills, time cooking management
Food Handler card and working knowledge of sanitation standards
Ability to work under pressure, able to take expediter’s direction
Knowledge of fundamental cooking
Can do attitude
Position requires bending, continuous standing, pushing, pulling, carrying & lifting up to 70 lbs.
Ability to work standing up in a confined area for long periods of time
Must be flexible with shift and schedule availability to include weekends and holidays
Candidates must be organized, flexible and open to suggestion from peers and customers
Excellent attention to detail
Competitive compensation, up to $25 per hour for a highly qualified applicant
