Position Summary:

Hanloh is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Line Cook to join our small, passionate team. This role is essential in helping us deliver vibrant, high-quality food with efficiency and consistency. You’ll work closely with our kitchen team to prep and execute dishes inspired by Thai and Southeast Asian traditions. A background in Thai cooking is not required—just a strong foundation in kitchen skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute prep lists with efficiency and accuracy

Prepare ingredients and recipes according to standards

Understand and apply basic cooking times, food safety temperatures, and knife skills

Assist with plating and service during dinner shifts

Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health codes

Receive deliveries, organize pantry and refrigeration units

Follow FIFO systems and help minimize food waste

Track inventory and communicate restocking needs

Give and receive professional feedback respectfully

Support a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment

Follow uniform and hygiene standards

Communicate effectively with the team on daily and upcoming food and service needs

Complete checklists and follow SOPs consistently

Hours:

Full-time (36-40 hours a week)

Compensation:

Starting at $22 to $25/hr DOE + additional tip ($7/hr)
