Restaurant in Jack London Square, Oakland Looking for Awesome Lead Prep Cook to support Sous Chef. Need at least 3 years of fast-paced lead prep cook experience, and management experience is a plus. Must be able to work fast and get the job done in the kitchen. 4-5 days a week, Sat-Wed. 7 am to 3:30pm. Looking for someone that is organized, has a passion for food and cooking and can help support the Sous Chef manage the kitchen team.
