Seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our team at Saltbreaker, a restaurant + bar in Alameda Point. We offer deliciously approachable food and refreshingly drinkable cocktails featuring California's seasonal produce and local makers. We believe in maintaining a healthy and equitable workplace that directly reflects on our guests' experience.
We are looking for someone who has 2+ years of experience on the hot and cold line in a fast paced kitchen of an upscale casual restaurant and available to work 1pm to 10pm on Wednesdays to Sundays.

$18 per hour + $11-13 per hour in tips (consistent average)

Requirements and Duties:
2+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen of a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant.
Demonstrated skill and efficiency on the line - saute, fry, cold-service.
Experienced in preparing meat/fish, vegetables, sauces and dressings.
Execute tasks with speed and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Dependable and punctual.
Able to lift, push and carry up to 40 lbs; stand, walk, and make repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
