Looking for a "LINE COOK" Level Cook with complete understanding of how to make Sauces,
broil. Saute. Meat fabrication, etc.
MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience at this level with proven track record and references.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Must be responsible.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must be able to produce quality work in tight time-frames.
Well groomed appearance.
Broad food knowledge required.
Multi-tasker.
Fluent in english (reading & writing)
Team player with a "Can do" attitude.
