Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook with at least 1 year of experience to fill both hot side and cold side positions. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, reliable, and passionate about the culinary arts.

Key Responsibilities:

Hot Side Line Cook:

Prepare and cook entrées, including grilling, sautéing, and frying, with a focus on quality and presentation.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hot side kitchen area.

Follow advanced culinary techniques and recipes to deliver high-end dishes.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Cold Side Line Cook:

Prepare salads, appetizers, and desserts with precision and creativity.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cold side kitchen area.

Utilize advanced techniques for presentation and flavor development.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience as a line cook in a high-end restaurant or upscale dining environment, preferred.

Expertise in either hot side (grill, sauté, fry) or cold side (salads, appetizers, desserts) culinary techniques.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.

Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality.

Valid Food Handlers Certification
