About Us:
Molly O’s Irish Pub & Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook in our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen in San Carlos. We’re a busy, 120-seat restaurant focused on quality, teamwork, and creating unique dining experience for our guests.The Line Cook reports directly to General Manager and will work closely with General Manager and the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Control inventory
Assist in food preparation and cooking of menu items
Learn and execute recipes with attention to detail.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including performing janitorial duties as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service.
Contribute to menu development and specials as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
3+ years as a line cook and/or relevant education and/or experience
Strong work ethic, organization, and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and team development
Prerequisite for employment:
ServSafe Food Handler Card
Physical Requirements:
Be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time throughout the day
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
