Prep Cook
Little Sky Kitchen seeks an experienced prep Cook for a cafe & bakery based in Menlo Park.
This role reports directly to the sous chef and is responsible for ensuring high quality prep is completed for a high volume production and cafe service operation:
Completing all prep lists in an efficient and timely manner
Executing all recipes to the highest quality standards
Maintaining a clean, organized station throughout service
Assisting the hot line on occasion
Breaking down and cleaning before shift-end
Coming to work with a positive attitude and sense of focus
Little Sky Kitchen is an artisan bakery & cafe based in Menlo Park, specializing in wild yeast fermentation. In 2017, we began making sourdough bread out of a single dutch oven, and since then have expanded our product line to include a variety of naturally leavened breads, pain de mie pastries, a variety of baked goods, and prepared foods. Today, we continue to grow from our four retail locations and more than twenty farmers markets in the Bay Area.

Salary Range: $20/hr to $24/hr (based on experience), plus benefits
