Hi, we are looking for a strong candidate to run a kitchen program. This person should be well versed in all aspects of kitchen management. The concept is three meal periods a day.
Our ideal prospect should have a minimum of experience as sous chef in a high volume situation, have a well developed repertoire in international cuisine and a strong desire to succeed
This position is perfect for someone who has climbed the ladder and is looking to established themselves in a highly competitive market. You must have a solid foundation in safe kitchen practices, food cost and a calm personality under stressful situations.

This person should be used to the restaurant lifestyle of hard work, self motivation and a relentless drive to deliver amazing product. You will be asked to do a menu tasting of your choice, a minimum of three courses.
