We're looking for a Full Time Server, someone who has the energy and enthusiasm to drive business and lead the server staff. Offering competitive pay $42-44/hour (flat wage rate, tips included), as well as medical/dental benefits and Paid Time Off.
An ideal server candidate qualifications are as follows:
Work experience equivalent to at least 3 years in a server role
Good knowledge and strong interest in wine and food, particularly Italian
Personal values of collaboration, honesty and integrity
Ability to communicate, anticipate and meet the needs of guests and fellow staff
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without dropping any balls
A passion for building and sustaining an inclusive, inviting community
Proficiency with computer systems and applications is super helpful, or at least a willingness to learn!
