The Role: Manager As a Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our cafe’s daily operations, ensuring every customer walks away with a smile and every team member feels supported. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership position who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer service. - Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, from ensuring smooth workflows to maintaining high-quality standards. - Customer Engagement: Build relationships with our customers and create a welcoming, positive atmosphere. - Inventory Management: Keep an eye on stock levels and ensure we’re always ready to serve our best. - Problem-Solving: Address challenges with a calm and solutions-oriented mindset.
