Membership Engagement Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Works Closely With: Membership Committee Chair/Engagement Lead, Vice Commodore, Office Staff
Status: Full-time
Location: Onsite. Wednesday-Sunday.
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 plus commission
Summary:
The Membership Engagement Manager is a key staff position responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Corinthian Yacht Club’s membership program and the continued engagement of the member community. This newly created role is to facilitate the onboarding of new members as well as develop programs for member engagement, including communications and social media activities. This role is a key contributor to the club culture and overall satisfaction of the membership experience.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Project management experience is preferred.
Demonstrated problem-solving and prioritization skills
Ability to coordinate various stakeholders and timelines
Bachelor degree in communications/marketing preferred
Working knowledge of private club culture
MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint at an intermediate level
Working knowledge of Adobe cloud applications or similar
Professional and friendly communication style, both written and verbal
Customer service or hospitality experience a plus
