54 Mint Cucina Romana is seeking an experienced lead server (SOMA / south beach)
Our operations are fast-paced, high quality and guest-focused. While we desire creativity, our focus is on consistency. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, professional and have interest in Italian food and culture.

Server
Requirement: Must have at least 3 years’ experience. Wine, spirit & food knowledge a must.
Prior experience in an Italian restaurant.
Maintains a "sense of urgency" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks.
Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond.
Sincere desire to provide guests with best possible service and experience
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Being a genuine team player
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
