We're opening a new bakery/pastry shop in the Walnut Creek/ Concord area.
Exciting opportunity to be part of opening an established, totally independent bakery brand in the next 3-5 weeks
Our focus is on retail and wholesale production, delivering throughout the bay area.
All levels welcome to apply, entry level to experienced baker/pastry cook to Pastry Sous Chef level.
French/ American/ Asian influenced pastry & bread.
We'll be making fresh breads (baguettes, sourdoughs, ciabattas, brioche, focaccia),
viennoiserie (laminated doughs, croissants, puff pastry),
breakfast pastries (muffins, cookies)
and patisserie (éclairs, mousses, cakes, pies, tarts ), + more.
Looking for experienced bread bakers / pastry cooks who want to produce high quality pastries,
without having to travel all the way to SF
