Our established and fast-paced Italian restaurant is seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our leadership team. We are currently recruiting for the positions of Floor Manager and General Manager.
Position Requirements:
Qualified candidates should possess demonstrated experience in:
Managing high-volume food service operations
Overseeing and coordinating catering events
Leading front-of-house staff and ensuring exceptional guest service
Developing, managing, and maintaining employee schedules
Upholding operational standards and supporting overall restaurant efficiency
