Parker, a cozy neighborhood bistro in the heart of Potrero Hill, is looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced part-time server to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the pace of service, loves connecting with people, and is looking for just a few lunch shifts per week.
Schedule:
Part-time
Primarily lunch shifts (weekday availability preferred)
Occasional weekend or evening shifts if desired
Duties include:
Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
Offering menu knowledge and upselling when appropriate
Bussing and resetting tables as needed
Supporting your teammates with side work and cleaning
Processing payments and closing out checks properly
Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff
Maintaining a clean and organized section and dining room
You’re a great fit if you:
Have at least 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant or café
Are friendly, punctual, and naturally hospitable
Work well in a small team and are happy to lend a hand wherever needed
Stay calm and composed during busy shifts
Are detail-oriented and take pride in a clean, smooth-running service
Understand that every guest matters and strive to create a great experience
Have a current food handler’s certificate (or are willing to get one)
