Position Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. This role includes taking orders, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient manner
Operate espresso machines and other equipment safely and correctly
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and dining space
Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests
Qualifications:
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
