Server Requirements:
1+ year of restaurant serving experience
Knowledge of the menu with the ability to answer questions and recommend complementary items
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure; detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Open availability to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bartender Requirements:
1+ year of bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of classic and creative cocktails
Great customer service and ability to handle a fast-paced bar
Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure; detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Open availability to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
On your feet and moving during shifts
Reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, stand, walk and squat for up to 8 hours
Able to lift up to 35- 40 lbs. occasionally
Work in hot/cold, fast-paced, physically demanding and occasionally loud environment
