Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed
Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to guests
Uphold high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times
Experience
Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the food industry or fine dining setting
Familiarity with dietary department operations or as a dietary aide is a plus
