We’re looking for a reliable, high-quality office caterer to provide lunch service at our San Francisco office on a recurring basis. We will not be providing a location to cook or a car to deliver. This is a full-service request! PLEASE READ FULLY
Details:
Total meals per month: 620
Schedule: Monday through Friday
10–12 people on Mondays and Fridays
45 people on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Service style:
Family-style trays preferred for lighter days (Monday & Friday)
Buffet-style preferred on busier days (Wednesday & Thursday)
Open to recommendations based on your experience
Dietary mix: Each meal should include vegetarian, meat, and dairy-free options
Requirements:
Daily drop-off and setup with all necessary serving utensils
No on-site staff needed during service
Must return to pick up trays and equipment after each meal
Monthly budget: $5,000 max
